Small vented point of use water heaters are a popular means of providing hot water to a single sink or basin in homes, kitchens, workshops, surgeries and similar environments.
These products are variously known as 'Point of use', 'Open outlet', 'Displacement' or 'Non-pressure' water heaters. They have an open outlet and rely on the opening of a tap or valve on the inlet side to displace the hot water in the heater with incoming cold water. The open outlet ensures that any excess pressure in the heater is vented. During the warm-up cycle it is normal for expanded water to drip from the spout or tap.

You can choose from two capacities - 7 litres (with a 1kW or 3kW rating) or 15 litres (with a 3kW rating) - so there's a model to meet your needs.
UTC 99 water heaters are ideal for the kinds of light duty sue required in many kitchens. Ideal for instances where there is no existing hot water store, they are built to our stringent quality standards using only the best possible components and are designed to offer efficient reliable service over the long term.
We developed the B3M and C3M water heaters to provide a hot water supply for dishwashing and similar uses where there is no exisiting hot water store. Both are wall-mounted and have a tough metal case to withstand the rigours of daily use.
