Megaflo has led the market for unvented storage water heaters for more than two decades, thanks to its exclusive use of Duplex stainless steel and its unique internal air gap system.
Product Reliability
Heatrae Sadia's "fit and forget” philosophy is reflected in a minimum two year guarantee for all of our products. Multipoint small unvented water heaters and Titanium immersion heaters have a five year guarantee while the Megaflo cylinder range carries a ground-breaking lifetime guarantee.
Customer Support
Heatrae Sadia offers customer support at every stage - from specification through to installation and after-sales service. A team of over 25 qualified field sales managers is available to meet specifiers and distributors on site to discuss products and installation issues. Designs for water heating systems can be produced for houses, commercial or institutional buildings and light industrial premises. Developers and self-builders can also benefit by using our fully indemnified space and water heating design service. This includes the preparation of detailed heating designs covering boiler, radiators, pipework, controls and accessories as well as the hot water storage system. A network of experienced service engineers ensures that on-site, after sales service needs are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Spare parts for all Heatrae Sadia products are readily available from a nationwide network of stockists. Spares for discontinued ranges are kept for a minimum period of eight years.
Approvals
Heatrae Sadia seeks the widest range of UK and International approvals for our products including BEAB, Kiwa and Nemko.
CE Marking
All Heatrae Sadia products that fall within the scope of the EMC directive is CE marked. Such marking confirms that, where applicable, the product meets both the EMC and LVD directives in electrical products.
