Paul Rivett, Managing Director
Paul joined Heatrae Sadia in Norwich in June 1985 as a Design Engineer and became Marketing Manager prior to being appointed Technical Director in 1996. In April 2004, Paul was promoted to Managing Director of Heatrae Sadia Heating. Since January 2013 he has been responsible for Baxi UK's Corporate Social Responsibility activities. Paul is married with two teenage children and enjoys playing golf and watching most sports.
Kim Stenning, Finance Director
Kim joined Heatrae Sadia in 2012 and has been Finance Director and Company Secretary at a number of manufacturing companies previously. Her qualifications include Chartered Accountant (FCA), Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), BA(Hons) Accounting & Finance and she trained as a Chartered Accountant in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Kim manages the finance and sales administration departments at Heatrae Sadia, with responsibility for financial control. Kim has two children, is treasurer (of course!) of the PTA and belongs to the local sailing club.
Steve Rickards Commercial Director
Heatrae Sadia inherited Steve Rickards when it acquired Megaflo in 1993, and he is still passionate about driving the sales strategy and developing new market sectors. Steve is very well known in the industry, having been Sales Director for Megaflo and responsible for the Newbuild sales team. He is a member of the House Builders Federation. Steve is a Formula One die hard, is fascinated with JFK conspiracy theories and is very interested in human behaviour and psychology, particularly body language and gestures.
Neil Thompson, Sales Director
Neil joined Heatrae Sadia in 2011. He is responsible for all Heatrae Sadia sales activity, managing sales teams operating in the UK in sales and distribution, key and corporate national accounts and independent merchants and buying groups. His qualifications include Institute of Leadership & Management (Level 5); Business Management, Sales & Marketing (Open University). Both Neil and his wife are passionate football supporters. Most of their spare time, however, is taken up with walking the entire UK coastline to support a number of children's and local charities.
Anthony Gravestock, Research and Development (R&D) and Quality Manager
Anthony joined Heatrae Sadia in 2004 as Assistant Project Engineer and has since been promoted to Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, R&D Manager and now R&D and Quality Manager. Anthony has a wealth of experience with design systems, mechanical design and design standards. He has responsibility for the new product development and quality for the portfolio of Heatrae Sadia products, as well as researching innovative solutions for the future. Prior to joining Heatrae Sadia, Anthony studied Aerospace Engineering at Coventry University, achieving a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours. Anthony is married with a son. He is a keen golfer and supporter of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
Jenni King, Human Resources Manager
Jenni joined Heatrae Sadia as HR Manager in 2011 and prior to this worked in both the manufacturing and retail/hospitality sectors. Jenni qualified from university with a degree in Retail Management but during her early career made the decision to focus her attention on the people who really make the business a success - the employees. Jenni works with Paul on the CSR team and leads the Workplace Pillar for the UK. She is passionate about our business values and works closely with the management teams to ensure that they underpin everything that we do. Jenni is married with a young son and in her spare time can be found back in the retail sector enjoying life as a customer!
