If your Heatrae Sadia product is still in warranty and needs a repair, please contact us to arrange for an engineer to visit, free of charge.

Please call us on 0344 871 1535* (option 3, then option 1) and have the following information ready:

• Product installation address including postcode
• Installer name and address
• Serial number, this can be found on the install product**

The serial number on a cylinder will be on the data label and on all other Heatrae Sadia products, the serial number will be marked on the outer casing of the product.

** Please note, the serial number is NOT the barcode number

If your product is no longer under warranty, don't worry - we can still help. Call us on 0344 871 1535* (option 3, then option 1) to arrange for an engineer to visit. There will be a charge for out of warranty repairs. Alternatively, you could contact the heating engineer who installed your product, and ask if they will service or repair it.

*Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same as calls to standard landline numbers, and will be included as part of any inclusive call minutes or discount schemes for geographic calls.

Protection plans

For future peace of mind, we can also provide a protection plan for your Heatrae Sadia or Megaflo cylinder. Our cylinder protection plan will protect your cylinder and the associated components against electrical and mechanical faults. The price of your plan includes any callouts required, and parts and labour charges.
